The production line for PET bottled water follows a general process flow that includes:

• Raw Water: This is the first step in the production process. The raw water is pumped into the water treatment device where it undergoes treatment and sterilization with the ozone-containing sterilization device.
• Bottle: The bottle is then fed through an air passage machine, followed by the flushing, filling, and capping machine which fills the bottle with the treated water and seals it.
• Bottle Cap: An automatic capping machine is used to securely place the cap on the bottle.
• 1: The filled and capped bottles are then moved through a bottle dryer, printing machine, and lamp inspection system before being conveyed along a buffer system of solid bottle conveying. The final steps include the bottle dryer membrane charging machine and manual coding and storage.

Features:

The air duct is held up by a scaffold on the ground, and the fan is situated on the top of the air duct. To prevent dust from being blown into the bottle, air filters are installed at the air inlet of each fan. The bottle is blocked by a hanging bottle plate in the air conveyor, and is then moved to the bottle puncher by wind.

With the exception of plastic and nylon components like supporting feet and hanging bottle boards, all other parts are constructed with high-quality stainless steel.

In order to ensure that the bottles are not contaminated during the filling process, the air filters are crucial as they prevent dust from entering the bottles. There are 18 filling valves and a set of tighteners that ensures bottle caps are tidied. When the torque exceeds the adjusted magnetic force, the cap automatically slips ensuring it is tightened without being damaged.

The equipment has four sets of bottle dialing safety devices with buzzer alarms. It ensures that there is no bottle, no filling, and no capping. The main engine uses advanced frequency conversion speed control technology, and imported and efficient air filters make sure that the air flow for bottle caps meets hygienic requirements.
