4.3 Beijing Folding Machine System
(1) The origami machine system has patented technologies such as anti double stretching. Comparable to imported origami machines.
(2) Using high-speed running materials, the stable speed can reach 280 sheets per minute, while the noise is less than 75 decibels.
(3) The rubber roller undergoes 8 processes and cannot be replicated by peers.
(4) Foldable 1-4 times, adjustable freely. The folding cardboard is made of 304 stainless steel material, which is sturdy and durable.
(5) External debugging handwheel, no equipment power is required during debugging.
4.4. Lower box system
(1) The suction box system adopts a rotating three suction head method, and the synchronization technology has been patented.
(2) The paper box storage bin automatically recognizes the remaining amount of paper boxes and feeds them automatically.
(3) The box pressing rod adopts an automatic lifting system, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance.
(4) Box packing machine push rod with movable protective plate:
Push the instruction manual into the box first, push the push rod and then push the plastic support, when both the plastic tray and the instruction manual are put into the box, the protective plate retracts first, and then the push rod retracts.
4.5. Detection System
(1) Comparison photoelectric: detect the presence or absence of materials. When there are materials, the instruction manual should be provided; when there are no materials, the instruction manual should not be provided.
(2) Book inspection photoelectric: Check for the presence of instructions. When there is an instruction manual, the paper box should be placed; when there is no instruction manual, the paper box should not be placed.
(3) Box inspection photoelectric: detects the presence of paper boxes. When there is a cardboard box, the push rod moves to push the material and instructions into the cardboard box;
When there is no paper box, the push rod does not move, and the materials and instructions enter the recycling bin.
(4) The integration of imaging detection system in the packaging machine is the first of its kind in China.
(5) Principle of imaging detection system: Before the tongue of the paper box is closed, take a photo of the inside of the box, and compare it with the standard value. If the similarity is lower than a certain proportion, it is considered that there is a defect in the material. The system will issue a rejection instruction to the box, and then proceed with the installation

4.6. Description of the working principle of the boxing machine
4.6.1 Automatically place the product into the product conveyor ship, which is driven by a chain for continuous circulation move.
The detection device detects the products inside the conveyor ship and controls the folding machine (instruction manual) to suck down a sheet at the appropriate time
The instruction manual is folded and transported to the bottom of the product's conveyor boat for clamping.
4.6.2 After the detection device detects the instruction manual under the conveyor ship, it controls the suction and opening device to suction a paper box from the storage rack at the designated time, and then rotate it to open. Transported by the box conveyor chain to the front of the ship with corresponding products and instructions.
4.6.3 The push rod conveyor chain drives the push rod and guard plate to move. The push rod and guard plate push the product and instruction manual together into the corresponding paper box under the action of the guide rail. If there is no paper box, the push rod and guard plate follow a straight track under the action of the guide rail control valve.
4.6.4 After entering the paper box, the imaging detection system determines whether the products in this box are qualified. If there is no instruction manual, the product will be removed by the removal device at the box outlet.
4.6.5 During the box delivery process, automatic printing, tongue folding, tongue insertion and other related actions will be completed. The paper box is sent out by the conveyor belt at the box outlet, and the box packing machine completes automatic box packing.
4.6.6 Then, a weighing device, barcode reader, inkjet printer, 3D packaging machine, or strapping machine can be connected after the boxing machine
