Is engineer available to serve overseas?
Yes, but travel fees are the customer's responsibility. To save costs, we provide detailed machine installation videos and offer comprehensive remote assistance.
How can we ensure machine quality after placing the order?
Before delivery, we provide photos and videos for quality verification. You may also arrange quality checking through your contacts or third-party agencies in China.
We are concerned about payment security and machine delivery?
We provide business licenses and certificates, and utilize Trade Assurance service to guarantee payment security, on-time delivery, and machine quality.
Can you explain the transaction process?

- Arrange balance payment before shipment

Yes. Please provide your final destination, and we will check with our shipping agent to quote a shipping cost for your reference before delivery.
